This covers your Glory Worn piece against defects in materials and workmanship for two years. (The magnetic hold is covered separately, under Magnetic for Life.)
What it covers
We warrant that your Glory Worn product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of original purchase, under normal use. This includes your accessories — earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and handbags — which are covered for defects in materials and workmanship on the same terms.
What it does not cover
This warranty covers manufacturing defects — not wear, not accidents, and not the things Magnetic for Life already handles. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
- Cosmetic wear — finish, plating, and surface wear from everyday use. This is normal and not a defect.
- Belt leather or material wear, stretch, or marking over time.
- Switch Inlay damage, scratching, or loss — Inlays are decorative and not covered here.
- Lost components of any kind.
- The magnetic system — the magnets, the Autolock lock components, and the Buckle Base. The magnetic system is covered separately, on its own terms and conditions, under our Limited Lifetime Magnet Performance Guarantee (Magnetic for Life). See Magnetic for Life for what it covers and excludes.
- Damage from misuse, neglect, accident, or intentional acts, or modification.
- Damage caused by repair or modification performed by someone other than Glory Worn.
- Extreme heat far beyond ordinary use, corrosion, or other conditions outside normal use.
How we'll make it right
If your piece has a covered defect, we'll repair or replace it, at our option. Here's how to make a claim:
- Email hello@gloryworn.com with your proof of purchase and a photo or description of the defect.
- We'll review it and, if it's covered, send instructions to return the item for inspection.
- For a confirmed covered defect, we cover shipping both ways and repair or replace it as quickly as we can.
A covered repair or replacement is free; see the claim steps above for shipping. If we ask you to return an item and the defect turns out not to be covered, we'll let you know before doing any work and send it back to you.
This warranty is not conditioned on your using Glory Worn parts or service. Using third-party parts or service does not void this warranty, unless that part or service caused the defect.
Who it covers
This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. You'll need proof of purchase from an authorized seller to make a claim.
How this fits with Magnetic for Life
These are two separate promises, and neither one stretches the other:
- This 2-Year Limited Product Warranty does not extend or enlarge Magnetic for Life (the Limited Lifetime Magnet Performance Guarantee), and Magnetic for Life does not extend or enlarge this warranty.
- This warranty also does not extend or enlarge any implied warranty beyond what's stated below.
The magnetic system is covered separately, on its own terms and conditions, under our Limited Lifetime Magnet Performance Guarantee (Magnetic for Life).
Your legal rights
This is a Limited warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
For California residents. We do not disclaim the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. Under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, the duration of the implied warranty is the same as this express warranty, except that California law limits the implied warranty to a maximum of one (1) year.
