You have thirty days to get the fit right. If a cuff sits wrong or a chain runs long, send it back or swap it — that is what the window is for.
Caring for your pieces
Western jewelry earns its patina, but a little care keeps it bold.
- Keep jewelry dry. Take it off before swimming, showering, or working up a serious sweat.
- Wipe metal finishes with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Skip polishing compounds — they can cut through a finish.
- Store pieces separately so stones and finishes don't rub.
- Leather likes air and hates heat. Let a bag or strap dry naturally, away from a heater.
If something wears in a way that doesn't seem right, the two-year warranty is there. Tell us and we'll make it right.
