Privacy policy

Effective date: August 21, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information GloryWorn ("GloryWorn," "we," "us," "our" — iBuckle Operations, LLC, doing business as GloryWorn) collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It covers our website and your purchases from us. We sell and ship within the United States only at this time, and this policy is written for U.S. customers.

By using our site, you agree to this policy. It works alongside our Terms of Service.

What we collect

Information you give us:

  • Contact and order details — your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
  • Purchase information — what you ordered, order history, and customer-service messages.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We don't store your full card number; we receive limited details such as the card type, the last four digits, and whether a charge succeeded.
  • Account information — if you create an account, your login details and saved preferences.
  • Reviews and photos — if you submit a product review, rating, photo, or other content. Photos and reviews are public by design (see our Terms of Service).
  • Marketing sign-ups — your email address (and, where you consent, your phone number).

Information we collect automatically:

  • Device and usage data — your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, and how you interact with the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used to run the store, remember your cart, and understand site traffic. See "Cookies and tracking" below.

Information from others:

  • Our service providers — for example, our commerce platform and payment processor — share order, fraud-screening, and delivery information with us so we can complete your purchase.

We don't knowingly collect more than we need to run the store.

How we use your information

  • To process and deliver your orders, take payment, and handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
  • To provide customer service and respond to your messages.
  • To send transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping updates, and return or warranty updates — from our gloryworn.com domain.
  • To send marketing email if you've opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time.
  • To send text messages (SMS) limited to checkout recovery only at launch — that is, a reminder if you leave items in your cart — and only if you've given the required consent. You can stop these any time by replying STOP. We don't use SMS for general marketing at this time.
  • To display reviews and photos you submit, on our site and in marketing.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, secure the site, and protect our customers and our business.
  • To understand and improve how the store performs, using Shopify Analytics.
  • To comply with the law and enforce our terms.

How we share your information

We share personal information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising), for money or otherwise.

We share information with service providers ("sub-processors") who handle it on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to our instructions:

  • Shopify — our commerce platform: storefront hosting, checkout, order management, and payment processing.
  • Judge.me — our reviews platform: collecting and displaying your reviews and photos.
  • Klaviyo — our email and SMS platform: sending transactional messages, opted-in marketing email, and checkout-recovery texts.
  • Shopify Analytics — measuring site traffic, store usage, and performance.
  • Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.

We may also share information to comply with the law or a valid legal request, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we'll require the recipient to honor this policy).

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for things the store needs to work (like your cart and checkout) and to measure traffic with Shopify Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of any sale or sharing where that applies.

Your privacy choices

  • Email marketing — unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or email us.
  • SMS — reply STOP to opt out of checkout-recovery texts.
  • Cookies — manage them in your browser; use GPC to signal an opt-out.
  • Account — review or update your account information through your account. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email hello@gloryworn.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”

Your U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA — may give you the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of any sale of personal information, sharing for targeted advertising, or certain profiling. (As noted above, we don't sell or share your personal information for these purposes.)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

As a matter of practice, we honor these requests from our U.S. customers regardless of whether a specific law applies to us. To make a request, email hello@gloryworn.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We'll verify your request — usually by confirming details tied to your account or orders — before acting on it. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of their authority. In some states you may appeal a decision by replying to our response, and you may contact your state Attorney General if you have concerns.

We respond within the timeframes the applicable law requires. We don't charge a fee for a reasonable request.

(GloryWorn ships within the U.S. only, so EU/UK data-protection laws such as the GDPR do not apply to our store at this time.)

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the store, fulfill your orders, honor warranty and return windows, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — and rely on the security of established providers like Shopify — to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our store is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top and post the new version here. If the changes are significant, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
